Payment Policy

The final price of a session depends on the selected service, duration, location and deliverables. Pricing is confirmed in writing with the customer before a booking is confirmed.

This website does not process online payments. Submitting the booking form never charges you and never asks for card details. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with the photographer after your request is reviewed.

A deposit may be required to reserve a specific date and time. Until the agreed deposit is arranged, the requested date remains provisional and may be offered to another client.

Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing, the remaining balance is settled on or before the day of the session.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed with the customer during the booking conversation, so the most convenient option for your location can be used.

Refunds and deposit handling follow the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. If the photographer cannot deliver a confirmed session, any amount paid is refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date, at the customer's choice.

Travel outside the agreed area, permits, venue fees, extra hours, additional edited images or extra deliverables may involve additional costs. Any such cost is communicated and approved before it is incurred.
