Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee that the appointment is confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed only after the photographer confirms the booking with the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, phone number, email, selected service, booking date, booking time, and any additional notes. The photographer is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All bookings are subject to availability. If the requested date or time is unavailable, the photographer may contact the customer to arrange another suitable date or time.

Customers should arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrival may reduce the available photography time and may affect the services that can be provided.

The exact services, package details, prices, and deliverables will be agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.

The photographer may contact customers using the phone number, email address, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other contact information provided during the booking process.

By submitting a booking request, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
